Installation

Register a new account at https://cloud.board.support/.
Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
From the WordPress admin area go to Settings > Support Board Cloud and insert the embed code of the chat (get it from https://cloud.board.support/account/).
Use the shortcode [sb-tickets] to display the ticket area. Use the shortcode [sb-articles] to display the articles area.
