Installation
- Upload the plugin zip via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin.
- Activate the plugin through the WordPress Plugins menu.

Do I need to configure anything?

Yes. AlphaCommerce captures carts from both guest visitors and logged-in customers as soon as they enter their email on the checkout page.

How do recovery coupons work?

Go to the Settings tab and enable the recovery coupon. Enter any existing WooCommerce coupon code, or type a new code — AlphaCommerce will auto-create it as a 10% discount. Coupons only appear in the 24h and 48h follow-ups to protect your margins.

How do I test my recovery emails?

Two ways. Use the Email Preview button on the Dashboard for a quick visual check. Or go to Recovery Email Setup, enter your address, and click “Send Test to Me” for a real delivery test.

AlphaCommerce detects the order and immediately stops recovery emails for that cart. You can configure which order statuses trigger this in Settings.
